New Zealand offers couples wishing to marry considerable freedom as licences can be obtained relatively quickly and couples can get married in almost any location they wish to.

Tom Baker is a Justice of the Peace and has
been a Marriage Celebrant for 20 years.

Green are fully committed to making your
wedding ceremony one to remember in the best
of ways and in working with you to ensure
you have the ceremony you want.

At the first meeting you will have the opportunity
of fully discussing your preferences for
your ceremony.

On making your booking, you will be given
an information pack which will include samples
of wedding vows, samples of blessings, samples
of wordings you may care to use when
exchanging your vows, and samples of
suitable readings. 

Should you choose to, you will be able to use part or all of any of these. Your celebrant will do everything they can to assist you in planning your perfect ceremony.

We can even take some of the stress out of organising the legal paperwork. Many Marriage Celebrants will expect you to organise the licence yourself but we know from our many years of experience that it can be complicated and the problems that can arise from mistakes could result in your not being able to get married when you wish to.

Because of these issues we are more than happy to submit the necessary paperwork for you (after checking it thoroughly for you) and pay for it on your behalf. This expense is then added to our fee and the only thing you need to do is to sign and collect your completed paperwork from the Births, Deaths and Marriages office.

This service is particularly popular with overseas visitors who can rest assured in the knowledge that all the legal necessities of obtaining a Marriage Licence will be in taken care of before they even arrive in New Zealand and in plenty of time for their wedding.
