Wedding Celebrant Fees
Each wedding is different and the price will depend on the location of your ceremony. One size doesn’t fit all and I will tailor what I do to fit your specific needs. I do, however, believe in being open and honest about my fees.
Also please remember that there is also a small fee of $150 to pay directly to the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages for the licence which you can apply for online.
For the majority of wedding ceremonies my fee is $450 NZ, this includes:
- Preparation of the ceremony
- Access to poems, readings and meaningful rituals that you may like to incorporate into your ceremony
- Unlimited phone and email support
- Rehearsal at the ceremony location or appropriate venue
- Performing the ceremony
- Availability of a battery-operated sound system
- Completion and lodgement of all paperwork
There are additional fees applicable for ceremonies that involve long distance travel and/or extra rehearsals.
